Fits the tank you have
Swing's footprint is close to hollow fiber and often drops in one-for-one — a retrofit with new permeate plumbing and guide rails, not new concrete.
Coarse-bubble scour
Continuous coarse-bubble scour lifts mixed liquor between every sheet. No fine-bubble diffusers under the membranes to plug at high MLSS or with chemical phosphorus removal.
Service a cartridge, not a module
Pull and replace one Swing cartridge. A module breakdown takes about two hours, so a crew does it in a shift, not a shutdown.
Durable sheet
A thick thin-film composite on PET non-woven, permanently wetted dry film. Ships and stores dry. No pressurized backwash to stress the sheet.

Two membrane welding machines, two cutting machines and US assembly in Poughkeepsie, NY. BABA compliance is available for most Zyramic modules.

How Swing works
Sheet to cartridge to module.
Each Swing-8 cartridge holds 114 thin-film composite sheets (12.5 m²). Cartridges stack in decks and line up in columns, so the model name tells you the build: Swing-8-2-4 is 2 decks × 4 columns = 8 cartridges = 100 m².

Two membrane welding machines and two cutting machines run in our Poughkeepsie shop. We cut membrane, weld plates, assemble modules and pack them here — and we cut and weld replacement plates for other-brand flat-sheet cassettes.
